Steph is a Registered Nutritionist, and foodie at heart, whose balanced approach and simple, delicious recipes have helped thousands of people discover a love for healthy seasonal eating. Specialising in culinary nutrition, Steph is sought after for her ability and passion to take the science about nutrition into the kitchen to show you how to enjoy healthy food as part of your everyday cooking.
